A good skincare regimen

A good skincare regimen has no down time. Every day is a day you should be doing something for your skin. Between 30,000 to 40,000 cells are shed every hour as your skin  regenerates itself. It is advisable to wash your face twice daily, even if it’s a weekend and you haven’t put on any makeup. Once your skin gets used to being cleansed at certain times, it breaks out whenever you deviate. Talk to me, what’s your daily skin routine?

  1. Hudda. says:

I use the clean and clear self foaming facial wash 3 times a day, and the clean and clear moisturizer and toner. I deep cleanse my face 3 times a week with a Nivea cleansing milk, a good green tea toner, St Ives salicylic acid apricot scrub and a fullers earth mask.

Yet my skin has started to break out a lot ever since I started being so religious about applying sunscreen.

    • You should look for a physical sunscreen (zinc oxide or titanium dioxide) which is less likely to clog.
I’ll keep in mind to post about other ways in which you can avoid breakouts.
